- Detailed assessment
- Devising capturing procedures, including quality control
- Training the team
- Document preparation (75% of total labor)
- Document scanning (capacity of 100,000 pages per day)
- Indexing: assigning keywords or filenames to the scanned documents
- Quality control on all the above steps
- Delivery on system (DMS or other) or in folders
- Originals are destroyed or given back to be stored depending on the case
