Nordic Supply AS was founded back in 1969. Since then,

we have gained a lot of experience as a proffesional supplier

to the food processing industry. We can offer a wide variety of

The machine has a high capacity and can take fish from

120 mm to 240 mm. It is in use in countries like Norway,

Canada, Finland, Greece and The Faroe Islands.

An automatic size sorting system in the machine saves

one the work of size sorting the fish before vaccination.

One can choose on the computer which sizes that is

to be vaccinated, and separate the fish coming out

of the machine in to 4 different sizes. The machine

measure each fish automatically, and ensures that

the injection is done in the correct place and depth.

The injection needles are both mechanically cleaned and

waterflushed between each injection. The machine has

a unique vaccination controll with 2 special designed

vaccination pumps which supply the needles with

vaccine with very high accuracy. A control device ensures

that each fish is being vaccinated. No fish will be

injected in the back, because of the machine control system,

even if the fish is placed uncorrectly in the infeed section

of the machine. The computer on the machine stores all

production data. This gives the user the possibility to

retrive this data for use in production planning and

documentation. The vaccine cabinet on the machine is

transparent and has built-in control of the temperature

for both bottles and plastic bags. The machine is also built

so that there is no danger for personell of getting hurt as by

manual vaccination. Theseare some of the main points of the
